Rebecca Bilton (née Ship) (c.1799 – 1 February 1876)
Rebecca married John Bilton on 20 August 1829 in Histon and they had at least seven children: John (1830-1831), John (1831-1894), Rebecca (1833-1836), Elizabeth Mary (1834-1898), Emma (1835-1838), James (1837-1868) and Edmund John (1839-1916). John Bilton ran a pub at Petty Curry (1841/1851) before he retired and the family moved to live at 3 Parker Street (1861) and 16 Willow Walk (1871). Rebecca died at 16 Mill Road aged 77 years old.
John Bilton (c.1800 – 31 August 1880)
John is believed to have been the son of James and Elizabeth (née Wibary) and died aged 80 years old.
Elizabeth Mary Bilton (1834 – 4 February 1898)
Elizabeth was the second daughter of John and Rebecca, and was baptised on 13 April 1834 at St. Andrew the Great church. She lived with her parents until their deaths and then lived at 24 Union Terrace with Mary Ann Boatwright. In 1881 she was described as being of independent means as a result of owning property. She died at 13 Abbey Road, and though her grave monument and death registration documents gave her age as 63 years old, it is thought she was actually 64 years old.
