Hilda Grace Butler (1913 – 6 July 1935)

Hilda died at Vinery Road and was buried at Mill Road Cemetery on 10 July 1935.

Alfred Edward Butler ( 1903- 11 December 1922)

Alfred died at  Vinery Road and was buried at Mill Road Cemetery on 16 December 1922.

Catherine Doris Butler (1909 – 9 October  1909)

Catherine deied at 79 Thoday Street and was buried at Mill Road Cemetery on 23 October 1909.

Florence (Florrie) Butler (née Hitchings) (8 April 1877 – 28 August 1955)

Florrie was the only daughter of George Thomas Hitchings and Annie (née Saunderson). Her father was a stonemason, her mother a college servant and she grew up at 12 Clement Passage, next door to St. Clement’s Church (1881) then 1 Warren’s Yard (1891). She married Robert Henry Butler (1873-1951) on 23 December 1895 and they had at least sixteen children: Beatrice Maud (1896-1984), Annie Victoria (1897-1999), Ada May (1898-1991), Gertrude Kate (1899-1999), Florence (1900-2004), Robert Jack (1901-1989), Alfred Edward, Reginald Charles (1905-1994), Violet Winifred (1907-1983), Catherine Doris, Arthur George (1910-1993), Hilda Grace, Sidney Frank (1914-1992), Ronald Clarence (1917-1991), Gerald Cecil J (1917-1996) and Thomas Owen (1918-2009). Robert worked as a railway engine fitter and the famly lived at 3 Gwydir Street (1901), 79 Thoday Street (1911), Vinery Road (1939-at least 1951). Florrie was widowed in November 1951 and died aged 78 years old.
