George Tarrant 1838 – 1870
Charles Arnold (c.1824‒73) was a professional cricketer who played for Cambridge Town and also for Cambridgeshire between 1843 and 1857. By trade he was a baker.
The product of a professional cricketing family, he played initially for Cambridge YMCA and Cambridgeshire, before signing for Surrey in 1891.
one of Cambridgeshire’s and England’s greatest-ever cricketers.
