James Wooton Cracknell (1870 – 13 January 1903)
James was the son of William Thomas Cracknell (1838-1906) and Sarah (née Hard) (1844-1916). William was a college ‘gyp’ at St John’s College(1871) and later worked as a commercial clerk. The family lived at Castle Street (1871) then Victoria Road (1881) and James worked as a tailor. He married Elizabeth Conder Fincham (1871-1933) in 1895 and they had at least three children: Eric James (1895-1917), Hilda Elizabeth (1897-1960) and Cyril Frank (1899-1901). They lived at 37 Newnham (1901) and James died at 25 Victoria Road aged 32 years old.
Cyril Frank Cracknell (c.August 1899- 20 July 1901)
Cyril died at 155 Sturton Street aged 23 months old.
