In Loving Memory of FREDERICK CURZON
Who fell asleep July 17 1883
aged 42 years

Frederick Curzon (1841 – 17 July 1883)

Frederick was the son of Edward and Elizabeth, and brother of Arthur George Curzon.  He grew up on Bridge Street (1851) and then 44 Fitzroy Street (1861) where his father was a master tailor.  He married Mercy Woollard (1839-1918) on 1 September 1863 at St. Paul’s Church and the couple went to live at 16 Regent Street  where Frederick was a tailor and robemaker. They had one son: Frederick Charles Harry (1872-1931). He died at Regent Street aged 42 years old.

Mercy lived with son Frederick at Regent Street (1901/1911) and he also worked as a tailor.  She did not remarry and died at 76 Stanley Road aged 78 years old.
