William Edward Feary (d 1934)

William was the son of Thomas, a joiner, and Elizabeth. He became a carpenter. He married Alice Franklin on December 24th 1896 at St Matthew’s church. He was 27 and she was 24. William was living at the family home, 13 Milford Street, when he died at the age of 64.

Alice Mary Feary (née Franklin) (1872 – 1958)

Mary was the daughter of Frederick Franklin, a coal merchant and gardener, and Jane. She was brought up in Burleigh Place, Norfolk Terrace and Sturton Street. When she married William, she was working as a domestic servant.
