Elizabeth Foreman (née Nunn) (1801 – 25 March 1857)

Elizabeth was the daughter of Charles and Mary Ann (née Bright) and was born in Whittlesford.  She was baptised in Whittlesford on 22 February 1801 and married James Foreman at St. Mary the Less Church in 1829. James was a college servant and the couple lived at 33 Little St. Mary’s Lane with their niece Mary Rycroft, and servant Emma Kitten (1851). Elizabeth died ‘after a long and severe illness, born with Christian fortitude and resignation….deeply respected by all who knew her’.

James Foreman (c.1803 – 26 January 1877)

James was born in Over, Cambridgeshire and was the son of farmer Arthur Foreman (1775-1857) and Mary (née Askah). James was a college servant and was an overseer at St. Mary the Less church. He died at home aged 73 years old.

Mary Ann Rycroft (1824 – 5 December 1866)

Mary was the daughter of Paul and Miriam (née Nunn) Rycroft and was baptised in Huntingdon on 17 April 1824. In 1861 she was documented as being her uncle’s housekeeper and died at Little St Mary’s Lane aged 42 years old.
