Harriet Emma Fuller (1870 – 28 November 1873)

Harriet died at Gold Street and was buried at Mill Road Cemetery on 3 December 1873.

Clara Amelia Fuller (1873 – 8 August 1874) 

Clara also died at Gold Street and her funeral was held on 13 August 1874.

Joseph Fuller (1846 – 29 September 1927)

Joseph was the son of Joshua and Ann Fuller and grew up at Driver’s Court, Coronation Street. His father was a bricklayer’s labourer and aged 14 Joseph was an apprentice shoemaker (1861). He married Emma Tidby Gardiner (1849-1936) in London in 1868 and they had five children: Arthur Gardiner (1868-1955), Harriet Emma, Clara Amelia, Ada Clara (1876-1950) and Frederick Samuel (1879-1960). In 1871 they were living at 22 Mount Pleasant and Joseph worked as a mineral water bottler,  they later moved to 40 Gold Street and he worked as a brewer’s labourer (1881). By 1901 the family were at 10 Broad Street and Joseph by then was a general labourer. He died aged 80 years old.

His widow Emma went to live in Southampton to be closer to her younger children Ada and Frederick, both of whom had settled in the city. She died in Southampton aged 87 years old.

Arthur Gardiner Fuller (8 July 1868 – 4 April 1955)

Arthur was an invalid and lived with his parents until their deaths.  In 1901 he was documented as a ‘cripple’ (sic) and in 1911 as ‘feeble minded since birth’. In 1939 he was a patient at the Public Assistance Institution in Linton and died aged 86 years old.
