Elizabeth Annie (Annie) Green (née Rawlinson) (1884 – 4 November 1937)

Annie was the daughter of John and Catherine (née Reed) Rawlinson and grew up on Mill Road where her father was a publican. John died in 1895 and Annie then lived with her siblings  at 195 Mill Road and worked as a dressmaker. She married Percy Green in 1912 and they  had two children: Robert George (1915-1999) and Joan M (1919-). Percy worked as  railway clerk and the family lived at 77 St. Philip’s Road (at least 1918-1926) and then Clovelly, 147 Coleridge Road (1928 onwards).

Percy George Green (14 May 1883 – 26 April 1969)

Percy was the only  son of George and Bertha (née Dean) Green and grew up at 7 Great Eastern Street (1891) and then Vine House, 11 Ross Street (1901). George worked as a railway porter and Percy worked as a railway clerk from at least the age of 17 onwards.

After he was widowed Percy lived at Coleridge Road with his children (1939) and died there in 1969 aged 85 years old.
