Sarah Ann Elizabeth (Nell) Munns  (née Reynolds) (5 March 1859 – 5 February 1922)

Nell was born in Lowestoft, Suffolk and baptised there on 6 March 1859.  She was the daughter of carpenter James and his wife Elizabeth (née Gallant).  She married  draper William Kerr McQueen in 1880, but in 1881 was living back at home with her parents, although the census of that year marked her as married.  It is not known when William died, but in 1888 Nell married for a second time to Lusher Munns in Newmarket. Lusher worked for the Post Office as a telegraphist and the couple lived at 98 Norfolk Street (1891) and 175 Gwydir Street (at least 1901 to 1920).  They did not have any children and Nell died aged 62 years old.

Lusher Munns (c.1864 – 18 October 1923)

Lusher was the son of Lusher and Ann Munns and was born in Newmarket.  His father worked as a grain porter and he grew up in Wood Ditton (1871).  In November 1880 Lusher joined the Post Office and was based in Lowestoft, where he presumably met his future wife.  He married Charlotte Elizabeth Norman (1852-1926) in1922 and died at 175 Gwydir Street the following year aged 59 years old.
