George Patrick (1867 – 22 October 1932)

Little is known of George’s life. He married Elizabeth Mansfield in 1915 when he was c.48 years old, so he might have been a widow when he married. They lived at Walton Villa, 61 Devonshire Road and he died there aged 65 years old..

Elizabeth Patrick  (née Mansfield) (27 June 1870 – 15 March 1957)

Elizabeth was born in Little Shelford and baptised there on 11 September 1870.  She was the daughter of Henry and Harriet (née Ellum) and grew up at the Chequer’s Pub in Little Shelford where her father combined being the landlord with a gardening role.  In 1891 Elizabeth was working as a domestic servant for the Gilbert family in Camberwell. After she was widowed she lived at Devonshire Road with her brother Harry (1939) and died at at Fulbourn Hospital aged 86 years old.
