Ida Violet Bowyer (1895 – 1 April 1898)

Ida was the daughter of John and Lizzie Bowyer and died at 14 Willow Walk aged 2 years old.

John William Bowyer (1865 – 26 February 1921)

John was born in Castle Camps, a village fifteen miles south east of Cambridge and baptised there on 13 August 1865. He was the son of George and Catherine (née Cooper) and grew up in Castle Camps where his father was a butcher. He married Elizabeth Easy in 1885 and the couple had twelve children: Lillian Sarah Kate (1886-1940), Eunice Elizabeth (1888-1975), Eva Blanche (1889-1977), Evelyn George (1891-1972), Cyril John (1893-1963), Ida Violet, Montague (1897-1982), William Ewart (1900-1985), Herbert (1903-), Hector Spencer (1905-1971), George Percy (1908-1989), Sylvester Harry (known as Harry) (1909-1993). John worked as a florist when they first married and the family lived at 10 Earl Street (1891). By 1901 he was a house decorator and they had moved to live at 14 Willow Walk , before moving again to live at Holmleigh, Milton (1911).  John died in London.

Elizabeth (Lizzie)  Bowyer (née Easy) (1865 – 30 December 1933)

Lizzie was the daughter of gardener/farmer William Easy  and Sarah Ann and  was born in Milton. She  grew up on Butt’s Lane and died at 97 Arbury Road.
