John Wiliam Bush (22 October 1864 – 5 January 1927)
Joh was born in Wymondham, Norfolk and was the son of William and Mary Ann (née Hubbard). He married Emma Cross in Wymondham in 1889 and they had three daughters: Edith Mary Oldfield (1892-1978), Winifred Emma (1894-1971) and Beatrice Harriet (1897-1945). John worked as a stonemason and they lived in Cambridge where the two eldest children were born and then Swansea where Beatrice was born in 1897. In 1901 the family were living at 22 Walpole Street in Norwich and then at Paragon Hill, Norwich in 1911. It is believed that John and Emma moved back to live in Cambridge, where he died aged 62 years old.
Emma Maria Bush (née Cross) (20 May 1859 – 21 March 1947)
Emma was born in Wymondham and baptised there on 10 July 1859. She was the daughter of butcher/innkeeper Robert Cross and Sarah (née Cross). In 1929 Emma was living at 7 Willow Walk with daughter Winifred and lived there until at least 1931. In 1939 she was living at 45 Brookfields, Mill Road with Winifred and was documented as being incapacitiated. She died at Brookfields aged 87 years old.
