Early Life
George Crawfurd Heath was the eldest son of Dr. George Heath, Head Master of Eton College. He was baptised on 4 June 1784 at Eton. He was schooled at Eton.
King’s and beyond
He was admitted to King’s College 25 August 1802 as a Scholar. In 1805 he was elected to the Fellowship. He received his BA in 1807 and his MA in 1810 as Geo. Craufurd Heath. He was called to the Bar, Middle Temple, 8 February 1811. He held the post of Third Bursar for five years from 1828 to 1833. Heath died in his rooms in College 18 July 1860.
