They had at least six children: Herbert (1824-), Edward (1826-), Frederick (1827-), Richard (1829-1892), Elizabeth (Lizzie) (1833-1880) and Sarah Rebecca (1834-).  They had moved to Cambridge by the time Frederick was born in 1827.  Richard was a carpenter and Sarah worked at Trinity College as a bedmaker. They lived at White Hart Yard, King Street (1841/1851) and 8 Trinity Place, King Street (1861). Sarah died at home aged 65 years old and the announcement of her death said she was ’30 years bedmaker at Trinity College’.
