This headstone, located in the northern section of the parish of Andrew the Great, is midway between the west path and the central path towards the north of the parish. 10 rows west along the east west path from the centre circle, and 12 monuments north. The inscription of metal letters is still legible.

Who passed away April 11 1913 aged 47 years

Also of EMMA BIGGS. Born Aug. 10. 1842. Died Feb. 15. 1924.
Also JULIA ANNIE PAMPLIN. Wife of the above who died Nov. 3. 1926. Aged 59 years.’
Richard James Farrant Edwards (1866-1913)
Richard was born in 1866 in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. He was the sixth of twelve children born to Richard Edwards (1837-1905) and Louisa Farrant Edwards (née Haws) (1839-1915).
Six of Richard’s siblings died in infancy, and were also buried in this cemetery. Four of Richard’s five siblings, who survived infancy, were also buried in this cemetery: Elizabeth Farrant Driver (née Edwards) (1857-1926); Mary Ann Farrant Nixon (née Edwards) (1860-1921); William John Farrant Edwards (1863-1915); and Susanna Helena Farrant Matthews (née Edwards) (1870-1950).
Emma Biggs (née Haggis) (1842-1924)
Emma was born on 10 August 1842 in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. She was one of at least seven children born to Henry Wellington Blucher Haggis (c.1816-1908) and his first wife, Eliza Haggis (née White). Emma’s mother died when she was 16 years old and her father remarried a few months later to Emma’s maternal aunt, Henrietta Ripley (née White) (c.1814-1888). By 1861 the family were living at 10 East Road, Cambridge but Emma’s aunt and step-mother, Henrietta, had moved to Eaton Socon, Bedfordshire. A year later Emma’s father remarried for a third time to Sarah Bennett (1824-1888). Emma married Alfred Biggs (1842-1893) in 1863 in Cambridge. They had three children but their only surviving child was Julia Ann (1866-1926). By 1871 the family were living at 2 Castle Street and Alfred was working as a painter and Emma was working as a laundress. By 1881 the family was living on Histon Road, Cambridge. Alfred died in 1893 in Cambridge. By 1901 Emma was living at 53 East Road. By 1911 Emma was living at 3 Paradise Place, Cambridge. Emma died on 15 February 1924 in Cambridge.
Julia Ann Pamplin (formerly Edwards) (née Biggs) (1866-1926)
Julia was born in 1866 in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. She was the only surviving child of Alfred Biggs (1842-1893) and Emma Biggs (née Haggis) (1842-1924). Julia married Richard James Farrant Edwards (1866-1913) in 1892 in Cambridge. The couple were living at 38 Paradise Street, Cambridge in 1901. Richard was working as a brewer. Richard died on 11 April 1913 at the Priory Nursing Home, Priory Street, Cambridge. Julia remarried to Frank Pamplin (1869-1956) in late 1915 in Cambridge. Julia died on 3 November 1926 in Cambridge.
