Monument
This headstone and kerbs, located in the parish area of Holy Trinity, stand roughly 13 rows west of the east path towards the north of the parish. The stone is elaborately carved with a wreath, small flowers, scrolls & ivy. The inscription of metal letters is in good order.

In Loving Memory of my dear husband WILLIE BARRETT who fell asleep March 24 1920 aged 40 years

Also his wife MARY ANN PRISCILLA who died 5th December 1970 aged 83 years
Willie Barrett (1879 – 24 March 1920)
Willie was born in Boston, Lincolnshire and was the son of Harry and Annie. His father was a plumber and painter and the family lived at 17 Mill Lane, Boston (1881). Harry Barrett died in 1885 and Willie then moved to Huddersfield with his mother and brother George. He was baptised on 21 April 1886 at St. Peter’s Church, Huddersfield and in 1901 was lodging in Bradford and working as a ‘bobbin painter’. He married Mary Edwards on 23 May 1914 at the Airdale College non-conformist church by which time he was working as a postman. What brought the couple to Cambridge is not known and he died at 105 Thoday Street aged 40 years old.
Mary Ann Priscilla Barrett (née Edwards) (c.1887 – 5 December 1970)
Mary was born in Brandon, and was the daughter of William and Charlotte. By 1911 she was living in Bradford, and working as a domestic servant to the Harrison family. She was widowed aged 33 years old and no other records of her life have been found. It is not known where she died.
