Mary Ann Beazley (née Perry) (1857 – 31 December 1909)
Mary was born in Norfolk and was the daughter of Francis and Sarah. Francis Perry was a railway station master and in 1871 Mary was living at Dersingham railway station with her family. She worked as s domestic cook in Thorne, Yorkshire (1881) before marrying widower James Beazley (1842-1901) on 17 December 1885 in Denver, Norfolk. James was a sluice keeper and they had three children: Agnes (1886-), Francis Perry (1890-1937) and Florence (1891-1953). The family lived at Denver Sluice and Mary was widowed in Spring 1901. She had at least ten siblings, of which at least two had settled in Cambridge and by 1904 she had moved to live at Argyle Street, Cambridge. She later moved to 18 Stockwell Street (at least 1909 onwards) and died aged 52 years old.
Florence Beazley (5 August 1891 – 11 November 1953)
Florence was born in Denver and was baptised there on 2 November 1891. In 1911 she was working as a chambermaid at 23 Woburn Place, Bloomsbury, London which was a private hotel/lodging house. She died at her home – 10 Summerfield Gardens, Lowestoft aged 62 years old and was buried at Mill Road Cemetery.
