Hannah Brown (née Guiver) (1789 – 5 April 1861)
Hannah was born in Hertfordshire and married Robert Cooper Howe on 18 May 1813 and they had at least one daughter: Hannah. Robert died in March 1817 and she then married Robert Brown at St Benedict’s Church, Cambridge on 11 May 1828. Robert was a builder and they lived at Fitzwilliam Street (1841) and Malcolm Street where she died aged 72 years old.
Robert Brown (1799 – 25 February 1875)
Robert was from Horning, Norfolk and after Hannah’s death moved to live at 15 Mill Street. He died at home aged 75 and his funeral took place on 3 March 1875.
Hannah Flack (née Howe) (1817 – 4 September 1893)
Hannah was the only child of Robert Cooper Howe and Hannah. She married college servant William Flack on 21 April 1842 at All Saints’ Church and they had one daughter: Emily Hannah (1843-1926). William died in December 1850 and she then ran a Lodging House from their home at 18 Malcolm Street, which was next door to her mother and step father. She died at Malcolm Street aged 76 years old and was buried at Mill Road Cemetery on 8 September.
