Florence Dean (née Stearn) (1887 – 13 December 1912)
Florence was the daughter of Charles and Emma and grew up on New Street. Her father was bricklayer, who later worked as a gas stoker and Florence married Arthur Dean in 1909 when she was c.24 years old. Arthur was a whitesmith and they lived at 63 Brighton Terrace (1911) with their daughter Doris. Florence died in 1912 after three years of marriage.
Doris Florence Dean (c.1910 – 30 March 1929)
Doris was the only child of Arthur and Floence and died aged 19 years old.
Arthur Octavius Dean (3 October 1885 – 23 January 1951)
Arthur was the son of Frederick and Corenda (née Smith) and was raised at 12 Edward Street (1891), then 7 Gwydir Street (1901). His father worked as a printing machine minder and Arthur worked as a whitesmith. After he was widowed he returned to live at 7 Gwydir Street with his mother and six siblings. Cordenda Dean died in 1946, and Arthur died at home in 1951.
