Located to the north of the south path just before it bends to the north. this is 1 of a set of 4 family monuments in a row, all of which are hidden by ivy and bramble. We have not been able to check the inscription or take a photo.

John Lawn (d 1861)

John was born in Norfolk. He was a blacksmith. In 1851 he was living at 96 East Road, Cambridge with six of his children. In 1861 his address was 102 East Road, Cambridge. He married Phoebe Branch on October 20th 1825 at the church of St Andrew the Less, Cambridge. They had at least eight children. William (1826), John (1828), Mary Ann (1832) Elizabeth (1834), Phoebe (1837), Samuel (1838) Catherine (1841) and Louisa (1843). They lived in Wellington Row and then East Road where they remained until their death.

Phoebe Lawn (née) Branch  (1803 – 1850)

Phoebe was the daughter of Henry and Mary Branch[ard]. She was born on 14th March 1803 but not baptised until March 31 1826, 6 months after her marriage.

John Lawn (1828-1854)

John was the son of John and Phoebe Lawn. He was 26 when he died.

Louisa Victoria Lawn (1843 – 1854) 

Louisa was the daughter of John and Phoebe Lawn. She died at the family home in East Road, Cambridge.

Phoebe Lawn  (1837 – 1858) 

Phoebe was the daughter of John and Phoebe Lawn. She was 21 when she died at the family home in East Road, Cambridge.

Mary Ann Meek (1834-1864)

Mary Ann was the daughter of John and Phoebe Lawn. She was brought up in East Road, Cambridge. She married Richard Meek on 31st January 1861. When she died her address was given as East Road, Cambridge.
