Georgiana Moule (née Farnes) (1813 – 14 October 1858)

Georgiana was born in London to George and Elizabeth (née Brandy) and married Isaac Moule on 8 January 1832 in Cambridge. Isaac was a corset maker and they lived at 2 Market Street.  She died at Market Street after what newspapers described as ‘a long and painful affliction’ and her funeral took place on 19 October.

Isaac Moule (1806 – July 1881)

Isaac was the son of Isaac and Mary and  after he was widowed married Mary Ann Brookes (1824-1894) on Christmas Day 1860. Mary was a corset maker, who worked for Isaac and couple continued to live and work from 2 Market Street. He died aged 75 years old and was buried at Mill Road Cemetery on 27 July 1881.

From parish burial records it is known that Isaac’s second wife Mary Ann Moule (née Brookes) was also buried in the Holy Trinity area of Mill Road Cemetery and might have been buried in the same grave.  She died in May 1895 aged 70 years old at 4 St. John’s Terrace.
