Thomas William Nicholes (1857 – 29 March 1920)
Thomas birthplace changed from census to census. He was either born in Newport, Bedfordshire or Buckinghamshire and married Emily c.1888. The couple lived at 7 Church Terrace, Ealing (1891/1901) and he worked as a domestic gardener. By 1911 they were living at The Priory in Horninsea and he was documented as a market gardener. William died at Addenbrooke’s Hospital aged 63 years old.
Emily Nicholes (27 February 1862 – 15 February 1941)
Emily was born in Cambridgeshire, but little else is known of her early life. After she was widowed she lived at 17 Gold Street and died at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.
