The Monument is located 2 rows from the west path and 3 monuments south of the north path in the north west corner of the parish of All Saints. Sadly cross has now fallen.

George Walter Pallett (15 February 1870 – 29 November 1928)
Geore was born In Plumstead, Kent and baptised at St. Mary Magdalene Church on 6 May 1870. His parents were William and Emma and William ran the Melbourn Arms in Plumstead when he was born. George married Kate Challice in Cambridge in 1898 and the couple went to live Jesus Lane. In 1901 he was working as an fire insurance clerk, and in 1911 as a bootmakers clerk. The couple did not have any children and George died at 37 Jesus Lane aged 58 years old.
Kate Eliza Pallett (née Challice) (16 June 1863 – 2 January 1948)
Kate was the daughter of William and Mary (née Briggs) and was baptised on 26 July 1863. Her father was a bookbinder, and her mother worked as a dressmaker. Kate grew up on Histon Road (1871) and then 23 Jesus Lane (1881). After she was widowed she ran a Lodging House from 37 Jesus Lane and died there in 1948.
