This set of kerb stones, located in the parish area of St Mary the Great, stands 2 rows west of the east path close to the northern border of the parish. The photo was taken in 2016 and we were unable to check the inscription recorded by CFHS as it was concealed by grass.

In Loving Memory of FREDERICK STOKES d July 31st 1933 aged 70
Erected by his loving sister
Frederick Stokes (25 June 1863 – 31 July 1933)
Frederick was the youngest son of Thomas and Sarah and was born in March, Cambridgeshire. Thomas Stokes was a schoolmaster, who later worked as a land surveyor. Frederick worked as a railway clerk and in 1901 was lodging at Elwyn Road in March. Before his death in Addenbrooke’s Hospital, he had been living at 57 Mawson Rd, Cambridge since at least 1913.
