Edward Pell Palmer (1878 – 21 November 1895)

Edward was the son of Frederick and Ellen Palmer.  His father was a butcher, and he was born and raised at 56 Eden Street. His unusual middle name was the first name of Ellen’s father (Pell Peake Hall).  He died at Eden Street aged 17 years old.

Violet Emma Palmer (1876 – 7 April 1924)

Violet was also the daughter of Frederick and Ellen Palmer.   She grew up at 56 Eden Street, and was living there in 1911 aged 34 years old with her parents.  She did not marry and appears to have had bouts of ill health, where she was hospitalised. She died aged 47 years old.

Edward and Violet’s half sibling Ellen Livermore Thurley is also buried at Mill Road Cemetery.
