Harold and Ethel had married on 9 October 1904 at All Saint’s Church, South Lynn, Norfolk. In 1911 the couple were living with their two sons in King’s Lynn and Harold was working as a railway clerk. Both boys died in Cambridge, and it is not believed that the couple had any more children. In 1920 they were living at 249 Mill Road. By 1939 they were living in March, where Harold was the station master. They retired to live in Great Shelford.
