Monument
Located close to the south wall, six rows from the central path, in the parish area of Holy Trinity. This monument may have replaced an earlier one. It stands taller and looks less worn than the other Coulson graves that surround it.

In Loving Memory of POLLIE COULSON who fell asleep November 22nd 1890 aged 31 years

Mary Ann Barrett Coulson (1859 – 22 November 1890)
Mary Ann was known as Pollie and was the eldest daughter of Prime Taylor and Lucy Coulson. She grew up in Sussex Street where her father had a butcher’s shop. In 1881 she was 22 and described as a book keeper in the business. She died aged 31.
