Located towards the east of the parish, ten rows west of the east path. The headstone faces into a thicket of bramble but although leaning forward slightly is intact and the flower holder is still in place

Lily Elizabeth Lander (née Loates) (24 December 1885 – 6 February 1957)
Lily was the only daughter of general labourer James Loates and Louisa (née Bennett) and grew up at 1 Gas Lane. She married butcher Percy Nelson Lander (1888-1965) on 17 February 1907 and they had four children: Percy James Benjamin (1909-1971), Violet L (1911-1911), Dorothy Lily Elizabeth (1912-) and Albert H (1914-1915). The family lived at 47 Norfolk Street (1911) and then 70 Norfolk Street (1939). Lily died at home aged 71 years old.
