After their marriage on 25th August 1874 they lived in Coronation Street, Cambridge. William was a builder. They had at least three children: Sidney (b 1878), Percy (b 1879) and Agnes Mary (b 1880).

Hannah was the second wife of William George Mason. She was born in Ely and it is thought she was the younger sister of Sarah and that she married William in Islington in 1883. After Hannah’s death William married for a third time and the 1901 census finds him back in Coronation Street with his new wife Adelaide and the three children born to Hannah. Later he moved to Grantchester and he and Adelaide are buried in St Marks churchyard.
This grave is connected to that of William’s father and baby brother which is one row to the west. William Mason
