This stone cross, in the parish area of All Saints,  is located south of the north path close to where the path turns south.  It was restored in 2016 using funds from the City Council and Friends of Mill Road Cemetery. Very sadly this pretty cross was knocked over again in 2019

died Sep 13 1898 age 55

Ann Fletcher Ringe (c.1843 – 13 September 1898)

Little is known of Ann’s life.  She was the daughter of Thomas Daily – a butcher.  She married the widower John Ringe on 20th August 1886 at Holy Trinity, Chelsea.  John died three years later, and she was left a widow at 46 years old.

In 1895 she was living at 33 Jesus Lane, and she died there in September 1898.  She left an estate valued at £749 0s 7d.

John Ringe, his first wife Esther and their son Harry are also buried in this parish they may be in this plot but we have found no other inscriptions.
