This set of kerb stones with small ledger are located roughly 12 rows east of the central path in the parish of St Andrew the Less. The carved inscription for Harry is still clear but mostly overgrown. The inscription for Eleanor is less clear as it has been exposed to the weather.

Eleanor Maud Rose (née Davidson) (19 May 1866 – 9 April 1943)
Eleanor was born in Dersingham, Norfolk and was the daughter of Arthur and Susannah. She worked as a chambermaid at the University Arms Hotel for the Hewitt sisters (1881)and then as a general servant at 55 Chesterton Road,. Eleanor married Henry (known as Harry) Rose (1868-1932) on 23 May 1896 at St. Andrew the Less Church and they had two children: Dorothy Ellen (1897-1918) and Henry (Harry) James (1898-1978). Harry was a domestic coachman and they lived at 27 Brunswick Place (1901) and Upwater Cottage, Upwater, Chaucer Road (at least 1911-1932). Harry died in 1932 and Eleanor then moved to live at 33 South Street with her son Harry, who worked as a printer’s reader. She died at home aged 76 years old.
Henry (Harry) James Rose (30 September 1898 – 11 August 1978)
Harry lived with his mother at South Street and was still living there in 1964.
