Frederick Charles Martin Whitehead (7 September 1858 – 1 February 1892)

Frederick was the second son of the Reverend Frederick William and Martha (née Crisford) Whitehead, brother of John.  He was born in Cambridge and baptised on 10 October 1858. He grew up at Caius House, 63 Hills Road where his father ran a boarding school as well as being Curate of Impington. In 1871 there were 17 boys studying at the school, as well as the six Whitehead children.  By 1881 the Whitehead family had moved to Mostyn House, Brooklands Avenue.  Frederick went to Downing College, Cambridge in 1879. He was awarded a B.A in 1884 and then practised as a solicitor in Cambridge. He was ill for the last three months of his life and died at Mostyn House aged 33 years old.

Mary Ann Frances (Frances) Whitehead (1857 – 2 April 1890)

Frances was the eldest daughter of Frederick and Martha Whitehead. She was baptised on 14 May 1857 and died at Mostyn House aged 32 years old. Her funeral was held on 5 April.
