This set of kerbstones is located in the parish of Andrew the Less but has not yet been found by MRC History Group. CFHS placed it 2 rows west of the east path just as it curves to become the north path. This location close to a large tree is often left unmown.

Frederick Albert Pilgrim (1864 – 17 November 1887)
Frederick was the youngest son of Valentine Robert Pilgrim (1820-1895) and Susan ( Goss) (1824-1882), brother of Sarah. His father was a blacksmith and boiler maker, and his mother was a dressmaker. The family lived at Gwydir Street (1871) and 61 Sturton Street (1887). Frederick married Sophia Porter in 1886 and they had one son: Frederick John Henry (1886-1954). He died at Norfolk Street aged 23 years old and his funeral was held on 20 November.
His sister Susan Unwin is buried 1 row to the east.
Sophia Pilgrim (née Porter) (10 October 1869 – 21 November 1950)
Sophia was the daughter of Robert and Sarah (née Trudgett) Porter and grew up at 36 Thompson’s Lane. Her father was a warehouseman and her mother a straw bonnet maker. She was widowed aged 18 years old and in 1891 was working as a general servant for Thomas and Selina Bennett who lived at 16 Maid’s Causeway. She then lived at 4 Salmon Lane with son Frederick and in 1901 was working as a ‘plain needleworker’ and her son was a compositor’s apprentice. Frederick (jnr) worked for the University Press and the pair lived at 17 Corona Road, Chesterton (at least 1911-1924) and 91 Shelford Road (at least 1930-1949). She died aged 81 years old.
